Checking voicemail

Home users via Back Space

These are for users who we provide VoIP services via Back Space.

Voicemail is enabled by default

You can access your voicemail settings by dialing *98 on your VOIP phone for the options menu:

VANILLA VOICE ENTERPRISE BASIC

Voicemail is not enabled by default, if you wish to enable voice mail please contact us and we will help you set it up.

Single Extension (home)

Voicemail messages will be recorded and sent to the email address provided.

You can access your voicemail settings by dialing 2000 on your VOIP phone, the default password is 1234, the phone will give you the options menu:

  • Press 0 for mail box options
  • Press 1 to record unavailable greeting
  • Press 2 to record busy message
  • Press 3 to record name
  • Press 4 to manage temporary greeting
  • Press 5 to change password
  • Press * for main menu

PBX (enterprise)

Voicemail messages will be recorded and sent to the email address provided.

You can access your voicemail settings by dialing *97 on your VOIP phone, with default password 1234, for the options menu:

  • Press 5 for advanced options
  • Press 1 to record greeting
  • Press 2 to choose greeting
  • Press 3 to record name
  • Press 6 to change password
  • Press 0 for main menu
  • Press * to Exit
