Uncapped versus Data bundles

Openserve Uncapped packages may be throttled when a customer maxes out their capacity for 4 hours straight, with a 25% speed reduction, until usage returns to normal.

We believe in fair and transparent pricing, and strive to offer our clients the best deal we can. If you exceed your selected tier for three months running we will call and upgrade you to the next available tier.

Uncapped tiers include two options for home users, and one for business:

• Lite: you don't download more than 600GB a month
• Premium: you don't download more than 1TB a month
• Business: you don't upload/download more than 1.5TB a month

Details

• Openserve charge an installation fee of R2,500 (excl.) for installations within 8m of trenching.
• You can see a coverage map below, or on their site.
• We will provide a free router should you wish to commit to a 24 month contract, or we can assist you to configure your current router should it be a compliant WAN gateway, or we can suggest an alternative router based on your needs
• Unlimited night usage between 00h00 - 06h00
• Openserve provide the Terminal point and the optical modem and we provide the following choice of recommended routers or if possible can assist to configure your current router…
