There is a once-off installation fee of R1,725 (incl.) applicable in instances needing a last mile install, but this is not required in cases where an active connection already exists. There is no installation charge for moving between ISPs or re-activations
Their support staff are available 24-7 and aim to resolve faults within 4 hours (office) or 12 hours (outside office hours) of them being reported.
We love Internect’s symmetrical connections that come free at pre-cabled properties, and they don’t charge migration or reactivation fees!
