We have introduced this product which is at least 40% more expensive than our other VoIP products, because we have the highest degree of confidence in the quality of the voice product.
Vanilla Platinum Voice may be expanded to any size of company and any number of extensions.
Vanilla Platinum Voice
For enterprise VoIP, Vanilla Platinum Voice provides you with premium packages that cater for many phones in increments of 10. With all the basic PBX features added.
Platinum PBX:
- Up to 10 Extensions - R350 (incl.) per month
- 20 Extensions - R600 (incl.) per month
- For every additional 10 extensions - R250 (incl.) per month
Basic Call Costs
- Minimum usage: R35 (excl.)* monthly
- Mobile rates: 49c (incl.) per minute
- All other SA rates: 28c (incl.) per minute

Additional Costs
- Porting numbers: R150 for one (for bulk porting: R15 each, minimum R1000)
- Includes four concurrent "channels", additional channels @R25 per month each
- DDI (direct dial in numbers) R10 per number, R50 per ten numbers per month
- Call recordings from R150 per month for 10 extensions (saved for 3 months)
- Configuration and on site support: R350 (excl.) hourly
