An FNO provides fibre connections to the ISP. Fibre is more stable than wireless and more predictable. Vanilla is the ISP that always provides transparency regarding the fibre connection and the internet connection.

Fibre uses fibre optic cables to deliver high-speed internet directly to your location, offering the fastest and most reliable connection. Fixed Wireless uses radio signals to connect your home or business to the internet, suitable for areas where fibre isn't available. Cellular internet uses mobile networks (4G/5G) to provide internet access, which can be less stable and slower compared to fibre and Fixed Wireless.

Installation typically takes a few hours to a few days, depending on your location and specific requirements. We strive to schedule and complete installations as quickly and conveniently as possible.
Our billing period runs from the 21st of the month to the 20th of the following month - when checking monthly usage on MyVanilla, please use the 21st of the month to the 21st of the following month to match up with the figures that we bill for. If you are connected before the 21st of the month we will bill the connection and data pro-rata. When downgrading or suspending a connection a calendar month is required.
