  The first point of incident management, RMM triggers an incident response for security vulnerabilities, presence of malware, unpatched software, unauthorised installations, configuration errors, outdated hardware drivers, system performance and policy compliance errors. We also use the RMM to remotely perform most Windows desktop services.

• Can you manage Microsoft licences for my business?

  Microsoft 365’s Admin Centre allows us to manage your 365 environment and products for you while you retain full control. Along with managing the environment we can also train your company on managing the admin centre reducing your dependency on IT support. Standalone licences are managed on a per case basis.

• Are you able to offer VoIP services?

• Can you help set up our printer?

  There are never certainties with printers, yet we have constantly maintained expertise in the best products. We can assist with service and maintenance or work with supporting users on a third party managed platform.

• Can I buy computer equipment from you too?

  Yes we can. We have been providing a procurement service for all IT products for over 15 years which allows us access to all the distributors in the country. This enables us to obtain the highest quality products at the best prices and pass this on to you. Please do inform us of any new IT requirements. At minimum we will provide you with useful advice.
